Would be cool if it could be put in and the balance issues could be sorted.

I was thinking a requested kit, but then again I can't think of anything for the other factions.

I know but the idea of one side being able to spam grenades like crazy would be an issue espiaclly we still get that to a limited extent with the current UBGL's.

They can't spam if they only have so many grenades, but i already see a flaw what to give to the other factions.

They don't need to have something exactly like it.

Who says we would have to make mirror balanced factions? If one side has a type of weaponary the other doesn't, should that really be reason to exclude it?

Thing is though, the player using it would have to be extremely careful, otherwise there would be a whole lot TKs from nades bouncing off walls :p

Mby grenadier class could just have this without a m16. that would make the class more of a grenadier class.

This isn't a replacement for the M203, though, it's experimental. As far as I know, the Marines aren't quite sure how they're going to incorporate it into the rifle squad/fire-team.

We can keep the thought on layaway until it is more common in the military.

hm, it is actually more used as a Squad support weapon than as a grenadiers gun, so it would be cool to have it as a special requestable kit when the USMC is in game.
how knows what kind of amunition you can shoot with it ?
tear gas, smoke, or buckshot ?
it would be cool having a class just with this gun and 2 types of ammunition as support class

Oh no! You've stumbled upon the top secret time traveling WWII soldiers faction! Nothing was supposed to come out about them until 0.7!
The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

I think it'd make one hell of a pick-up kit.

I think an automatic GL would be perfect if mounted on a car. I really didn't see it working with infantry as much. Don't the things require a team of two or three people to operate or at least carry?
Thanks luizinhuu for the find

Not the M32, it can be handled by a single soldier with relative ease.

Looks like it'd be great fun to use, but I suspect it'd wreck bloody havoc with game balance. :p Imagine one or two guys with those things spawncamping from a rooftop.. Even as a request or pickup-kit, I think you'd have to be very stingy with ammunition for it, perhaps even limiting resupplies etc.

Cool as hell though, keep thinking about it.. :)

Ahh I mixed it up with the other thread about the mk19. Didn't expect two nade launcher threads at once.

Limit it to two as a requestable kit and the only side arm that kit should recieve is a barreta. Maybe 16 rounds (2 canisters) and an extremely long load time with a lot of shot deflection. Then, you got yourself a balanced kit.

By the way, if anybody watches future weapons, it also has the ability to fire a round with a live video camera to give a view from above as well as IR and visible flares.
