Insurgents aircraft

Post by Theknightsofbwuk »

They should at least have a "stolen" Helecoptor, or a captured strike plane.

And if you already haven't put it in (im downloading now) you should get rid of the bullet count, Its realistic isn't it?

strike planes are overkill, small Helicopters maybe can be handled by civilians, but i wouldn't even try when US have air supremacy.

Yea, it would be farely pointless. IRL, Insurgents would'nt have any sort of aircraft capable of doing any damage. Not a worthwhile addition to a team thats supposed to opperate in guerilla warfare.

America was a tad late into the First World War. They redeemed themself's and came in slightly sooner in the Second. Now they seem determined to start the Third.

maybe they could have a civilian helo with no guns and holds four people on the inside so they cant shoot untill they get off. Im not suggesting making a new model entirely but maybe tweaking a current one and reskining it.

I've never seen any insurgents flying around in helicopters in RL, so no.

And if it was added, it would just turn into "Heli IED the cobras.

Terrorist in 2004 captured an apache, I don't know why the pilots thought it was safe to land but it would be funny if the insurgents take advantage of the helicopter.

You thinking of the downed Apache during the initial invasion? If so it was brought down by enemy fire, and no insurgents have anywhere near enough training to operate an Apache. I mean how many insurgents do you think even speak english ;)

Haha yeah thats the wonder of the whole concept, despite that the helicopter today is probably is turned into ashes and its armament is used for ieds. But what if they sold the equipment to the Russians.

Insurgents probably strip down downed aircraft and helicopters for scrap, but rarely used to fly around. If they did,IRL, the would be shot down immediatly, because of lack of experience and all.

And if they did, they wouldn't want to. Without air superiority, it'd just be a spectacular suicide.

lol well you haven't played yet, the insurgents aren't a conventional army, they're not supposed to fly around like an air cavalry.

I dont think they should get any air stuff but if you HAVE to, make it a news chopper. Like some Algazira news chopper and has a Pilot and space for 4 passangers and two can shoot out, legs dangling lol.
