Hi I just started play PR yesterday and love it! It's like a modern Red Orchestra and the atention to realism is fantastic.
The only thing unrealistic so far is with AA kit, I have viwed the optics on a IR shoulder missile before and it didn't have a HUD or take 10 sec to lock on. You just point the sight at a target and it will lock instantly and sound a tone and a little light comes on (none of the those little lines and boxes). I believe that it would also lock onto the small choppers but I think that was a balancing issue.
This is only for one type of optics that I've seen so others might be different, what do you think?
Great mod, perhaps the best BF2 mod ever!

After some looking around I see that I'm not the only one who thinks the AA kit is pointless when you have a better chance with a tank or at rocket.
I have another Idea witch has surely been sugested, with the support kit would it be possible to allow deploing on walls or sandbags to lower recoil when not prone?

unfortunately due to the annoying BF2 engine deployable machine guns is a no - go.

I also think that heavy aa kits are next to useless and they should bring down the lock on time.
