You know you've played to much Project Reality that when your playing regular Battlefield 2, and you point your assault rifle at someone, pull the trigger, and actually think your bullets will hit them.

You know you've played to much Project Reality when you get TK'd for sitting in a chopper in BF2:V for 30 seconds waiting for it to spin up!!

When you drive kind of crazy and constantly look for snipers and IED squads.

when in politics or history lessons and the teacher talks about proportional representation as PR and all you can do is think about PR

Said it before, say it again.

Crossing the street a car stopped infront of me and the suspensions creeked in a way that it sounded exactly like an AT was locked onto it. I caught myself screaming at him "OUT OUT OUT - AT!" while I was jumping in the nearest ditch.

After that I figured it was time to reduce my amount of playing.

1. When your kid gets a cut on his knee you throw the bandage on the floor next to him.
2. When you see anyone wearing a red shemagh you immediately call for backup and look for your assault rifle, before being arrested for racism.
3. When you are about to go to sleep you try to explain to everyone you will only be AFK for a few minutes.
4. Whenever you see a truck with no trailer you instinctively try to drive away or bail out.
5. If you get hurt you are positive you will be O.K because your screen hasn't gone swirly even though you are bleeding internally.

Also once I heard a lawnmower that sounded exactly like the A10 and I ran behind a bush and stayed there until I realised that I needed to get out way more.

1. When you pass a crane, and you automaticly looks for snipers.

2. When you jump out from the highway bridge, while you are looking for your 9 button :D

When you see a flag IRL, you immediatly call for more people to take cover around it and then order them to move specifically to the next flag, since they're all in an AAS layout.

you've been playing PR too much when:

you flinch when you see pictures of a 10s...

you yell at the stupid terrorist on the cnn videos for using retarded tactics

you know what 'starlight to this location' means

you get a strange sense of familiarity watching videos of helicopter gunships mowing down people.

the other day while at the cafateria at my university I saw 2 students walk in with turbans and my first thing that popped into my head was drop to the ground and fire ....haha of course I didnt do that. But really made me think why that thought popped into my head. I'm not racist and know the people I saw arnt terrorists but haha I think I played this game so much it was instinct.

Everytime the delivery truck comes by, you hide behind a wall and check for enemy APCs.

When you see people smoking and you imitate the USMC radio "Smoking!"

When anything breaks in your house and you say "Get repairs to this area"

When you get to school and you try to hide your backpack by some big rocks or in a wall.

When you instinctively wince in pain and say AHHCK when you walk down from a 6 inch curb.

You like to hide in tall grass a lot.

My personal experiences would be:

-Having dreams in which I'm taking out an MG Nest/Bunker with an AT-4
(amongst other PR related dreams)
-Continuously bugging my friends to play PR with me
-Responding with "Roger that" instead of "Yes/Okay!/Sure!" during completely normal conversations.

not really sure if these are signs or not, but still. I believe I may be playing too much ;P

I tend to say "Roger that" a lot in real life from my gross addiction to Battlefield games.

dont really have any original pr ones (dreams and "roger that" all happen to me), but i will share a very strange photoshop one: whenever i mess something up (like knock something over or make a mistake) the first thing that comes to mind is CTRL ALT Z! CTRL ALT Z! ive also had experiences where i go to drag down an anchor point on a picture (like in adobe illustrator). dont know if anyone could relate, but i thought it was along the same lines. just goes to show you that if you do anything a lot, youre going to incorporate parts of it into normal life.

Hahaha! I think imitating the PR radio happens way too often with me.
