Now this SS is kinda gay lol...
Tell me how they look after you download them.
So, all that is left is to do the 1st person camo, which should be quick.
Oh, and this is a new page, so I'll repost the download links so people don't have to go searching in the thread.

I think you need to get rid of the black crease markings on the soldiers trousers above and below the knee pads. The colouring somehow looks like they have rolled around in a redish brown paint while in a sand storm. The colours don't look very solid, like they look like there is a dusty white haze over them. The whit choc chip marks look almost non existent. If its not overly hard, you may want to consider making the red camo markings a more yellow brown sand colour. The camo doesn't really suit the desert environment that is available. There are no red iron rich dirt hills in BF2. But still looking really good.
Oh PS I still think the flak vest needs to be black or the camo's sand colour to look right.

-The black line under the knee isn't a crease mark... but I'll probably remove it anyways because it doesn't look good
-It's supposed to look dusty and dirty, this is war you know
-I'm not changing the colour of the vest
-I'll look into the pockets on the vest
Theirs dusty, but then there is having a dirt shower. It just doesn't look right. It doesn't look like dust, nor dirt. Its just like a haze all over spoiling that camo. Sure add some dirt marks to the knee and elbow pads, but a haze looks out of place.

Trying to pinpoint exactly what you mean...Kindros wrote:Theirs dusty, but then there is having a dirt shower. It just doesn't look right. It doesn't look like dust, nor dirt. are you seeing this on the heavy (rifleman, at) or light (medic, spec ops, engy) uniform?
Because if it is only on the heavy, I know what the problem is.

This screenshot from before is a good example.

When your looking at the uniforms of the guys, they looks pale, and like there is a white chalk dust coloured coating over them. The arms of the med are ok, but it kinda only really looks very apparent in the trousers. The colours because of it seem to smudge and smear into a jumbled mess. Look at the meds leg for example near his boot top, where your choc dot is, has smudged and gone pinkish. And the riflemans shin area has done that also. And I think a lot of it could be me being anal, but maybe because the camo look hazy it makes it more apparent.

I muted the red.
If you want to comment on the detail, look at it in game because the screen shots don't do it justice. The detail/dust is fine.

look at the knee pads, pockets, they are not done, look at the sweater, the guys still has it, the badges and such, still coloured, no cuffs on the sleeves, etc. etc.
I'm sorry, but I prefer mine.
