The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

In some countries the full stop is used as we use a comma in English numbers.

They use the comma as a decimal stop.

CLARIFICATION: THERE WILL BE NO GOATS AT MY PLACE!

If you want to see goats doing whatever you so please you are apparantly welcome to visit my neighbours (Norway, Finland) as they apparently seem to be in to that kind of stuff. ;)
