Different kind of supply Drops
instead of the commander droping supplies out of the sky how about we have say a blackhawk fly in and drop it with a parachute or lower it down with a winch hey its just an idea

I was just thinking of this.

I would love it if at main, we can have a couple or so Supply Boxes. I was actually going to suggesting being able to 'tow' the supply boxes are you were able to in BF:V.
I find the Supply Drop request from a commander is only helpful 20% of the time since they take forever to get down (by which time it's too late for that re-arm) and they're a little inaccurate, sometimes falling atop buildings or what not. It'd be very nice if we can have a much shorter, more accurate supply drop fully delivered by Blackhawk (or any transport) helicopter for that matter.
Not sure about the Humvee. Only supply boxes should be towable though.

The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire.

Towing is not permitted by the BF2 engine, sadly. Anything like this would have to take the form of a "weapon" I believe, so there could be an additional supply helo (like we have engineer jeeps now) for each side that can only carry the pilot, and possibly a co pilot and or a door gunner(s) but is able to "fire" supply crates.
An interesting idea, but its probubly been discussed before, so I dont know if theres much hope for it.

The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

unfortunatly it only carries a little ammo. is there a way to restock a blackhawk or humvee with ammo? to me it seems like they run out all the time....Fenix16 wrote:Currently the bh does resupply ammo...thats good enough for me.
Someone please tell me that the above is irony.

It would be nice to be able to drop supplies or light vehicles via choppers but will the BF2 engine allow it? Probably not.
It's Delawares Army National Guard, I don't understand what's so stupid about the description.'[3rd wrote:Sonders']dumb fuk in the first video said it was the delaware army, in the decription.
what a dumb shit.
When you need a Humvee and don't have time to waste at the dealership, call in the Delaware Army National Guard and their UH-60 Blackhawk. They'll even drop it at your door!
Thanks luizinhuu for the find
