I feel it would be realistic if we had women models in the game I mean they are Miltary Police and we cant deny that some women in Iraq have won the bronze star and other glorious medals.

Another one bites the dust! Search please and you will find that this topic has been brought up before and been given the thumbs down due to the no female combatants allowed in modern-warfare.
The ones you've seen on the news are most likely combat medics or chefs (not to be stereotypical).
