I would like to recognize Sgt.Paxon

He often offers himself up as a decoy so the other squad members can execute the objective. He'll run around acting as if he has no idea what to do next, but I'm sure it is a tactic to throw the enemy off. He's truly a mastermind.

And I woud like to mention...

GranHabano.

He joined my squad, then proceeded to shoot me in the back of the head.

Thanks, GH.

Actually, in all seriousness, Sg.tPaxon is a great player and a great ambassador of the game. I wouldn't have ever played VBF2 or PR if it weren't for him.

As far as his game play, he is always more interested in accomplishing mission objectives that scoring well. However, his score is always high because of his effectiveness.

I once saw him in the Helmand Province crest a burm and take out six tangos before succombing to enemy fire.

If you ever see him in the same server, you'll do well to have him on your team and squad. He's a true team player.

Right, in all seriousness...

I'd like to praise GranHabano.

I did introduce him to the BF2 series.. and in doing so new life was breathed into my interest for the game. I had shelved it and was moving on. But because he's become such a good squad member... I became interested in the game all over again. He's actually the one who discovered PR, for that I am thankful.

As far as his gameplay goes... he's an unbelievably good shot. Sometimes I'm amazed at his accuracy with assault rifles at long distances. He's a guy you want in your squad, as he knows what he's doing.. he's got really good in-game sense. If he gets his hands on a support kit, just watch the enemy death count mount. And he seems to survive attacks that none of his squad members can.

If you see GH, rest assured he's got your back.

P.S. Thanks all for the kudos. However, I will say that it's the SQUAD that makes for a good game. It brings a tear to my eye when, after about 30 minutes of TANK'in, the newbies are in their own tank calling out "ok, ahead 200m, left turn... HOLD, spawncar right... taking the shot... Ok, move on".

I can hear them chattin away in their tank on VoIP..... It's wonderful to listen to them WORK AS A TEAM after only 20-30 minutes of instruction I tells ya.. =)

...sniff...sniff.... My boys, they're all grown up now. =)

I'd like to recommend Billy_Crook_Foot for being a great SL. The round I just played with him on Qwai was great. He took his squad behind the lines, and we blew bridges and mined roads, effectively preventing Chinese armour from reaching US positions. Then they were taken out with precision AT shots. It was amazing.

I'd like to highly recommend Jarven and Mr.Whitlow for being excellent pointmen in my squad on iGi (Brits) late Sunday afternoon (Airport/Helmland)!
Unfortunately, I do not remember the names of the other guys, we had a really nice time with highly coordinated PR game play, Kudos to you all!

Recommending - Three of the dudes from [RS] though I can't remember their names, I had a great game with them last night on TG. The HQ was bugging out for some reason (giving commands to go to wrong flags on AAS, etc) but we stayed with our proper mission and eventually captured Storage Depot (the PLA/USA map I can't remember the name of at the moment). While we were attacking, we spotted five armored vehicles (mobile AA, 2 tanks, and 2 apcs) and destroyed all of them with help from the tall grass and loads of patience. The fact that one member of our squad was an engineer helped a whole lot. It was a great time, possibly the best teamwork I have experienced our of Juniper's squad. Plus, their mics weren't as loud so I wasn't bleeding from the ears after the round. :D

Someone claim responsibility damn it!

JuniperM40. Playing US on Al Basra (devfile 24/7).

He gave me (playing as I_Groovie) and another guy a lesson in how to use the battle tank this afternoon. I gained more knowledge from him than I would from any online guide.

Thanks mate.

Welcome to the forums! Now go pwn with that tank!

Another recommendation: I can't remember his name, but some British fellow that was my SL on Operation Phoenix the other day. He was a good SL, but got really frustrated whan he kept getting spawnkilled and when people nicked the APCs. To quote him: "Wankers! The lot of you!"
