Frags, ammo, & revive: Screaming away your position.
"Throwing frag!"
"Get ammo, here!"
"Alright buddy, you'll live! Now get back in the fight!"
"I'm right here! Please shoot me!"
Ok so that last one isn't in the game, but it may as well be. Are there any plans to remove these and similar audible shout-outs from being broadcast to the enemy?

I don't know about that.
I hate it when I have to rearm and I know I'm yelling but I think IRL there is a lot of yelling during combat.
Also..... I think it's one of the "hardcoded" elements they just have to work around.

And as the windshield melts
My tears evaporate
Leaving only charcoal to defend.
Finally I understand the feelings of the few.

i should probably take the english only option off in my settings as its hard to know who is around you sometimes, but then i dont speak arabic or mandarin so when playing on those teams i wouldnt know what was going on.
its a tough one. (maybe i should learn the key phrases from those languages used in the game, or alternatively i could play with an interpreter sitting next to me)

You'll probably learn Arabian and Chinese phrases after a while. It's worth for the issue mentioned above not to mention that pure English language steals the realism. Imagine a formidable PLA soldier's demostration of appreciation in yankee accent! "Thanks, I owe you one!" Not likely...BoogieWines wrote:i should probably take the english only option off in my settings as its hard to know who is around you sometimes, but then i dont speak arabic or mandarin so when playing on those teams i wouldnt know what was going on.

New players that don't use the English Only are going to be completely lost, as we've gotten rid of the text accompanying most voice commands.

Im fine with the hole "Frag in!" thing because its quite likely you'd shout that when throwing one.
"Alright pall, your Ok!" I think is a little silly.
Maybe something more distcreet like a hushed "Clear!" and the revived just splutters to conciousness.
Hmmm.....Ammo here is a hard one. It does give away your position but then again it helps big time. On forest terrain maps with long grass you may find it hard to find the ammo boxes without the little ammo signature. The yelling person makes it easyer to destinguish whome exactly is throwing it and where they are. I'd say keep it then.
With the text not appearing for some voice commands, I find it fine. I basicly have learnt to undertand all the commands now(but i cant repeat them aloud for some reason lol).

LOL that you find it ridiculous, I didnt expect such a spirited response.why would you not know whats going on? it types it up in English on your screen. i dont know those languages myself but i have never been confused, i find it really ridiculous that you cant figure it out
but yes, i do, so i put it on english only. (because i cant see the text in english)
but i could learn to recognise the phrases if i put some effort in. (im being lazy about it basically)
