Could it be possible to use spec ops as a squad?

After 5 minutes of play the squad with highest score can respawn at the main flag as an SAS - or special insurgant squad. Each member of the squad becomes a specialist in a certain feild. When the members die they become normal again. (one off special for teams to play harder for early on and only once per map)

Eg: Medic with extra bandages to throw, support with limited number of AP rounds, 3 members with C4 and traps for escape (inc SL) + extra nades for all inc medic + extra ammo and 1 AT with marksman kit. (press page up to accept the SAS role for each squad member?) Squad leader + vehicle as spawn points with no beacon. Vehicle is modified for armour and speed (landrover etc) No other kits can be selected or used until they die.

The squad could be given 1 minute before they are removed from play and spawned in a spec ops vehicle at the main flag to work their way to the enemy. Maybe slightly different skins (or just spec ops skin).

I think that would require a lot of work for something that is ineffective for gamplay. Perhaps negative as it might give the incentive to wolf it alone.
