MEC models in need of reskins ?

Post by fOgGy »

Is it me or am I the only person here who finds the bland vanilla MEC uniforms totally boring, it makes PR feel and look more like BF2 rather than a completely different mod altogether so I was suggesting maybe the devs could possibly redo the skins into something more like the SLA in Armed Assault. In my view they are far better and seem to fit perfectly in a desert like environment which are well suited to the MECs in PR, you could also make the uniforms abit browner as well to blend it into the surroundings more naturally.

Another thing I wanted to mention was the MECs don't always have to use German/Russian equipment but also weapons such as the SA Vz.58 assault rifle, Sa.24 submachine gun and Zastava M76 sniper rifle from other countries like Czech republic, Ukraine and Yugoslavia.

Have a look.

As for the MEC weaponry, it's been discussed to death. Standardization is the way to go, and the G3 is here to stay.

And welcome to the forums :D

More guns and bullets make bad guys go away faster,
which in turn makes everyone in the area safer.
