Embedded reporter class...well maybe some day?

Just to see what people think, I doubt its possible in the current game, but what would everyone think of having 1 pick up kit for a reporter/photographer class.

NO WEAPONS exept a camera...and a flack jacket..

If they are killed by the enemy it comes with a sever penalty.

They can take photos/screenshots of the action from a round that all players would have access to.

They could be in constant contact with commander reporting what they see.

Just kicking it around in my head as a way to include a "civilian" element to the game? And I thought embedded media would pretty realistic so I just throwing it out there.

Anyone know any other ways this class could be used?

Been suggested, had a pretty big thread about it. It would be fun sometimes, but it would be a pretty useless mechanic IMO.

buuuuuttttt..... for .6 there WILL be a civ. class for the insurgents. USMC will get a strict spawn penality for killing them, they get no weapons (a few rocks maybe) and cant cap flags or anything. Just run around and get in the way of the us. The US can knife them which represents "detaining them" and typing them up and gets a ticket bonus.
