LOL, on IGI teamwork night - before the match started one landed the heli right next to me and I typed: Can I try to fly the thing? =Noob - will crash ASAP.

Now EVERYBODY (brits as well as chineese) gathered around and looked as they waited for my to mess up. I did. LOL

My advice: F... the manual. Take one brief look on the "recommended players" try to learn some of their names - join their squad (or not) and just see how you do.

It will take you something like 4 hours before you learn what to do, or not. The most important thing is not to loose your enthusiasm. You will mess up. Now. Then and in about 100 hours. Just learn to shrug it off and keep going.

Oh, and a sense of humor will help you. Alot.

Did I remember to say "to check you ego at the door?" cause really, even with the best of squads and every strategy in the book, you will get owned. It's not even you fault, you did everything right. Frustrating as h..., but fun as he...

tip - go to your controls, and as the alternative key for "3" (your main weapon key) choose your scroll wheel click. This way you can quickly change firing modes, and go back to your main weapon after firing a grenade or something.

Tip: Keep you head down - don't be afraid to just stop and take a look around. Report in. Keep it on single shot and choose your targets.

Greatest moment in my book? My "fireteam mate" said - I take the right - you take the left. Boom boom - they where gone. If you don't have moments like that - don't give a fig - just keep on fighting.

Look up JuniperM40's squad on Devfile Al Basrha 24/7. 9 times outta 10 it's called "4th armour". There u will most probably get an indepth training session in tanking and armour support. Aswell as a great SL.

Other then that... Voip voip voip voip voip voip voip voip....
You catch my drift?

Not when typing in console, they don't.

But maybe they matter for your e-penis size

More guns and bullets make bad guys go away faster,
which in turn makes everyone in the area safer.

Stuff like "forget everything you learned in vBF2" is just plain wrong, you still need quick reactions and a good aiming.
Also, be patient. Don't try to rush it, just wait for the enemy to come out of his cover, then take him out and move on.

... basic weapon handling of PR pretty much feels like in Vanilla, so if you're a good inf in that you shouldn't be that bad in PR
