v.5 game freezing

I hope someone here can lend me a hand.

I just did a fresh install of BF2. Patched to 1.41, installed Euro and Armored Fury, downloaded PRMM .506 and installed.

Every time in load the game it freezes solid. I have to reboot my PC to get things moving again.

The crash comes anywhere from right after i hit "join" during the loadout/squad selection to 10 minutes into the game.

I've never had this problem with BF2 or any mod including the previous versions of PRMM.

I am able to load and play standard BF2 with no problem.

My system is:
Asus A8N SLI Deluxe
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
1GB DDR400 Ram
2 - MSI GeForce 7600GS SLI cards
using onboard sound
Not overclocking CPU
Not overclocking GPU

Again, any help would be appreciated. This freezing thing is really pissing me off....

I experience the same problem. Crash will always occur that require a push on the reset button. Windows event log dosen't show anything funny wich indicates that the system freeze is total.
