Now high, huge difference, way better quality and boom.
I just tried turning it up and never realised the difference. It's brilliant, I've also noticed the common phrases are said differently.

On low it was always 'hostile chopper identified', on high it's like 'hostile slick inbound' etc.

"Hostile swift inbound" Hehe, I, too, noticed the extra radio commands on high sound

I thought it was 'hostile slick' too :-( After the being curious I googled and assumed it was after UH1D Slick Helo. But I know squat about military jargon :-o

I'm still wagering it's slick.

Okay, nevermind, it is slick... I just Wiki'd it... Sounds like "swift" too and kinda makes sense...

Running on low allows PR no justice. Pistol sounds improve greatly from low, but they still need to be fixed.

If you gave the USMC officer a Colt .45 M1911 with good sounds I would personally fly or drive to where you live and give you a hug. :-P

Before yesterday I only ran it on medium, and it has all the different sound clips for the different radio commands.

Yeah, I thought there was no difference in the radio commands.

But it is "slick", and that's not right at all. A "slick" is a transport chopper, so called because they (usually) lack the wing stubs on the sides that the attack choppers have. But in BF2 a "slick" is any chopper.

More guns and bullets make bad guys go away faster,
which in turn makes everyone in the area safer.

all you hear in that vid is the echo of the sound.

the camera doesnt even pick up the initial sound.
