Uncappable base spawn mechanics

What do people think of the suggestion that you should be able to instaspawn back at your uncappable base if critically wounded or dead?
Standard penalties and timers apply for all other spawning, but insta spawning at uncappables would have a few advantages.

1) Big reduction in uncappable spawn camping (yes it does happen shamefully).
2) It would be easier to reform a squad once it has been pwned.
