German Army

France is ... well, fighting most of the time as UN troops, peacekeeping operations and such.
Why ? Because no one attacked us, and we did not engage any offensive action against a country.
Ten years ago, french army had "recruits", with just basic experience.
Now it's a professionnal army, there is no soldier in because they want a green card.

Well Africa, middle east, balkans ... There are French troops over there.
And there is even some SF helping out in Afghanistan and maybe more helping elsewhere.

But I don't think there should be a "Country"
I think there should be some NATO or UN side.
Because, you'll be able to fit a greater range of equipement in it, more weapons, more assets, more fun.

...Though I still think Germany doesn't make any sense either.. shouldn't be about what weapons they use.

what the hell? do you even read my posts or just skip them???

as i said, it isn´t that unrealistic at all, seeing as how germany has a really large amount of troops stationed in a-stan - which already got in several fights, though not as hot as it´s down the south...
