Question or Possible Suggestion

Hello... I am a member of BF2C (http://www.bf2combat.net) and wanted to drop by and ask you Moders a question and depending on the answer offer it up as a suggestion. You will have to excuse my ignorance...

I apologize as I try to explain my question/suggestion but here it goes. I am not sure you are aware of BF2C but we are basically a Tourny where we have 30vs30 battles with a total of 6 armies (avg 90 - 100 people per army). We do use a specific mod for our stuff (PR is a popular replacement). My question/suggestion arose when BF2C wanted to be able to broadcast the battles over EGLN but our admins would rather not give everyone the ability to use "free cam" (since we have 30 second respawn times) so that the broadcasters could properly do their thing. Do you know if you can mod in a Spectator Mode so that "free cam" can be used for them and turned off for all those who are actually playing. Or do you know of a way that "free cam" can be limited to specific people so that those who are playing cannot take advantage of Free Cam while dead. This might be a good feature for all tourny play. How easy would it be to mod that in? Any way to get assistance on how to do it? Not for me personally but for those who can mod it in...
