plz help display problems

plz help display problems

whenever i play after a minute or 2 the graphics go dodgy black lines shoot up from my gun or holes appear in the carrier or what looks spikey hills appear in the middle of the sky. any idea wots wrong and how can i fix it? :-(

Well i believe that your graphics card is overheat, suggest you shut down the computer for a good 30 mins to prevent it from happening. Usually on an average-low video card like mine, If i leave the computer on the whole day then do something like play on high settings, those black lines will appear on your textures.

check if your graphcis card is overheating, sounds like its something like that going on. You could do this by opening the case and while playing PR, check for places which are hot.

Solution: Better cooling is required!

according to nvidia control panel its only 48 degrees surley thats not to hot and i tried swapping to vanilla straight after pr and nilla was fine

First thing to do, get one side of the case out and put your table fan over there for temporary solution, then run to the nearest PC-store and buy the most massive and mean looking fan that works with your gfx card

In the store they can help you out with the decision that what to select, if you order via web remember to check the specifications that it goes with the card :)

hmmm..... well re-install pr is a thing which often solves most of the problems... but I still think it sounds like overheating problem, which makes the temperature very odd...

i did have my card overclocked so ive set it back to default and am gonna check it now if that don't work then im gonna reinstall and if that don't work im gonna cry ;-)

i must av been pushin my GPU to hard cos when i reset default everything was fine
