Chinese SP AAA barely movable

Chinese self-propelled anti-aircraft artillery can barely move and has a difficult time climbing any kind of rough or even lightly elevated terrain. In addition, it is the only vehicle (to my observation) that does not have a temporary boost to help with these situations. Can we expect this to change in future versions?

Also the Chinese Jeep has no boost, to the best of my memory that is.

Everything needs more torque.. all terrain vehicles that have a nervous breakdown when faced with a 5 degree gradient are kinda pointless in war
