Modding UE3 wouldnt cost any money and the epic/atari people seem pretty helpful to any mods that mod their engine. They also have the make something unreal tournament, if your mod wins 1st place you win an engine license to make w/e game you want with it.
The only problem with PR jumping to UT2k7 is that allot (probably most) would have to be redone since you all wouldnt be able to use the stock BF2 models, not to mention the animations, and since UE3 is so "vast" it'd take a good amount of man power to get a good game rolling out at a decent rate.

ye if we went to any other engine all we would really be able to take is some of our statiscs, some of our brit stuff and some of our weapons and have to make the rest from scratch.daschewy wrote:The only problem with PR jumping to UT2k7 is that allot (probably most) would have to be redone since you all wouldnt be able to use the stock BF2 models, not to mention the animations, and since UE3 is so "vast" it'd take a good amount of man power to get a good game rolling out at a decent rate.

OK here's what's gonna happen shortly after the 1.0 build:
- The PR Devs finally get the respect and credit due them as coding geniuses and visionaries.
- They get a very lucrative contract to develop a massive reality based War game from a yet unknown benefactor.
- They take along with them their loyal player base to help Brainstorm and test this game from inception to final release.
Hey...I'm not insane look at Trama Studios (now Kaos Studios). Do you think they had any idea they would be building; "Frontlines: Fuel of War" from the humble beginnings of bf42's Desert Combat?

We Americans are whores. We don't care who sponsors our wars as long as we see a sharp profit, and after all there's no such thing as real competition, commercialization has become institutionalized.AnRK wrote:MacDonalds AND Burger King on the same tank?
