squad icons

ok so half of this might have been posted already, but half i believe has not:

1) can we make the SL icon smaller on the minimap?

2) can we change the individual icons for players? i.e. is there a way to designate a fire team leader? yesterday hoc was trying to rally at my position (since i was a fire team leader), and no one knew where i was. this might be possible using the rankings from bf2? like how you see the eagle if theyre a general or whatever for the stats in vbf2. this probably isnt possible, i know, but just curious.

i used search, but sorry if im reposting.

If you hit "caps" and expand your squad you can click on someone and their icon on your map will become white. So you might just try that so that they stand out on the map?

the 3d map SL Icons seems too big for my taste. it should apear when you aim to him, not the entire time like is now.
