This isn't a court of law and the rules of evidence do not apply.
You do not have the right to due process and there is no judge and jury only server admins.
If a server admin thinks you are cheating he can ban you and there is nothing you can do about it.
There are server admins who read the forums and the SS of the PB ban list are generally considered "proof".
So enjoy your gloating but sooner or later you will find your selection of servers to be very limited and I hope you speak another language because you won't be playing on the low ping US/EU servers.
Your snide tone and the simple fact that you have never outright denied it make it a sure thing for me.
I would consider you to be another little ball-less limp d1ck with no skills but the $ and lack of shame to use a hack.
You are not a hacker, you are just another loser who cheats at a video game and so I cordially invite you to perform an anatomically impossible act upon yourself.

Both sides have a point, but at the same time, there is NO direct proof. Just because someone with the same alias (maybe him, maybe not) posts on hacker sites doesn't mean they hack. I've poked around simply to see what the fuss was all about. This has dragged on for so long, I'm surprised you guys have wasted all this time TRYING to prove him guilty when you could've been shooting each other online.

No talking is needed, if server admins think its enough, then its pretty much over. Another thing that can be done is to trace the IP from which you posted on this site, and then track the IP from which you posted on the hacking site, if they're the same, you shouldn't need any more proof.

If I was accused of cheating I would vehemently deny it and not sit back and make snide comments.
He is SS'd for using hacks and if you are posting on a hack site then people are going think you hack.
The other thing is the longer this thread the more likey it will get an Admin's attention and the sooner this lil smarmy shrunken-headed loser will be banned.

True but the screenshot of the PB ban is proof and no one can have the same name as him on BF2. Unless its SP. The hacking websites, IMO its him, but i can see why others would doubt that. Still even on forums it dont take much analisys to see what sort of character he is.
