MY LIST OF SUGGESTIONS

1. insurgents on al basrah need a medic supplies dump, like the ammo dump but this dump heals you.

2. apc on north check point on al basrah only spawns once, when it has been destroyed it does 'nt ever spawn magically back

3. make a delay on all guns when you go in iron sights mode like the support guns..

4. force all players to have to reload manually

5. make all guns in ironsight mode sway , like in bf 2142 , except in full prone situations

6. take away the map on the GPS, so the only thing u see is which direction your facing and enmeies spotted, but you dont get any outlines of buildings..

7. when a chopper lands on a desert huge clouds of dust rise up like in real life...


8. give all guns more horizontal as well as vertical recoil.

9. policeman for insurgents should have a pair of binoculars, so he can do more to do rather than just resupply.....

if i think of any more I will get back to you, so what do you all think , DEVS?

1. ye nice idea, could look into it.

2. there are lots of changes to basrah for the next release :)

3. would take alot of animation work, took long enouth to do the support guns but they really, really did need it.

4. not possible, hard coded stuff...

5. not possible in BF2, thats a engine tweak in 2142.

6. dont think we are going to take the minimap away any time soon.

7. would cause too much lag, already a little dust comes up.

8. guns are getting slight tweaks for next version.

9. ye not a bad idea.

Well, I think a couple of things have already been suggested, but are simply not possible with the BF2 engine (unfortunately).

#1: I like this.
#2: APC not respawning.. how more realistic can we get? :D
#3: Agreed.
#4: Don't know if that's possible or hardcoded?
#5: Not possible afaik
#6: Agreed. But has been suggested before (loads of times)
#7: I like this, would be cool indeed.
#8: All guns??
#9: I get your point, but... does it really add something to the class?

how about having the dust be the same stuff as the smoke we get from the smoke grenades. Doesn't seem to create lag. Just change the color and density and it should look decent.

i heard that the FH2 team have found a way to and wont tell everyone else :-(

I heard that it's just a visual effect and has no effect in accuracy.

non-volumetric/complex smoke burst in POE which is huge cause absolutely no lag.

Minimap - you can do exactly what you described with the minimap ALREADY!

go to options, increase transparency to 100% for all settings except icons, leave that around 50%

it looks really good! ill get a ss up soon

The only problem is that it also erases your M map, and gives other players a huge advantage.

I've seen your screen shots of that before and you can't see a bloody thing. :p

Have it for PROS setting all real players should turn auto reload off in settings.

recoil is enough, should have less if anything.... maby in zoom it rocks alot but thats it
