oh man i've got it

limit no. pilot kits t number of pilot slots available for that team on the map

put 5 minutes between a pilot kit being lost and it being available from the QM excluding TKs

Put a block on enemies picking up pilot kits

then see how many commanders make rescuing pilots somehting of a priority...

None.

Seriously, no one gives a shit about losing a kit cause they can get a new one.

If a limit on how many kits you can request, they're not going to a shit either. The round will end in less than an hour anyway.

I don't think ticket loss is the best incentive to get pilots to bail out a really long respawn might do the trick because once the pilot is down he suffers for not bailing out.

Gah, I think many of you are getting the wrong idea...

We dont want to punish people we want to offer rewards for good PR teamwork.
Remember, if the pilot is a twat, then: A) he is not likely to bail out in time, chances are he will crash into a tree or somthing stupid. B) you dont even have to help him get back to the airstrip.

If you want to stop pilots TKing eachother to get in the aircraft, i dont see why you cant just limit the kits to the number of seats that require them.

However stoping dumbarses getting in the aircraft in the firstplace is impossible, punishing the whole team because some idiot does not care about howmany aircraft or tickets he is losing is just silly!

REMEMBER: the people you want to stop dont care about:

Tickets, (they play for them selfs anyway)

Teams, (See the above)

Timers, (they will just learn how long it takes for them to respawn and they will get back to the airstrip in time.)

Points... (just care about their kill count or how funny it is to bomb players on uncapable points)

ANYTHING.

Instead you got to reward and help the good pilots...

Limit the pilot kit to 1 or 2 uses and give points to people who pick up a pilot outside the uncap and bring him back in. This makes the pilots want to stay alive and gives incentive to those that pick him up. Plus if its a really good pilot the team will do what they can to make sure he makes it back.
