You guys do realize that this is all off topic... The point is to find the female vBF2 player model, not talk about females being in game... So stop talking about females being in game, and start finding a screenshot of the model, this has gone on long enough for six pages... All soraflair wanted was to find the screenshot of the vBF2 female player model...

I would say do it to show respect even though it may be unrealistic to have female british women soldiers in a squad in a mod called reality, if it doesn't happen in reality.

Plus, it could promote women fps players, which is a good thing. As we know the larger the community the more tards, but I'd say women players as a demographic would be less immature as male players. Especially if we are looking at teen females vs teen males in maturity.

I know it's off topic,,,,, but here are some women in uniform, from all over the world.......I think it's realistic to have female soldiers in Project Reality.

Wow, at first I though they were models posing in military gear...
One slide that looks a bit weird is the one with girl in a uniform that looks as if it can fit another two girls her size, and using an MG42 like weapon that's seemingly longer that soldier is tall.
Though it would still be a lot of work for something thats quite unimportant gameplay wise.

I don't think this should be a top drawer priority but if someone wants to model the thing and donate it to PR I think the DEVs should include it.
Yeah the one with mg42 or whatever does look a little funny.

I don't see any reason for taboo of females in video games. The Rainbow Six series has female combatants, so does arcade shooters like Unreal Tournament and Quake 3, and those were far more intense with mutilation than BF2.

If its a possibility that it could happen for females to be involved in fighting then why would it be unrealistic? I wouldn't mind if females were in or not, it wouldn't degrade from the game at all.

Which brings up another question, I have seen in Vietnam documentaries of the Vietnamese dressing up as nuns to confuse the US. Would those from Iraq do the same thing? And would woman fight in Iraq or are they told not to.

Whats so bad about that? You make it seem like this is a retarded thing to do. Lets show some respect to the women that do a job in iraq and around the world by putting them in the game. Once again u could make them MP's even though there aren't many still it would be cool.

You don't get it do you? The devs have better things to do than something so USELESS. It's friggin 100% cosmetic. Heck, from all the body armour, you could hardly tell them apart from all the male player models from any distance bigger than 70 meters.
I'm not going to even bother commenting that Vietnam story...

Exactly, I agree, what the hell are MPs gonna do so important as to put them in a game? Arrest teamkillers?

Juding by the sexist nature of most of the people here (i read the first 3 pages and then thought id reply) id pretty much say its an excuse for sad 13 year olds to broaden their military kink.

As for the reality issue of it, its not realistic, women are not allowed to take part in "pro activie threat engagements" aka "Combat", the IDF allow women to take part in combat roles but thats the only one i know of.

Plus, Hauler, it is retarded, its a load of work for nothing.

If the models aren't that different then maybe it would not be a huge amount of work.
Women will be in combat positions.
Has anyone ever heard Katiewolf's voice ?
I haven't seen her around lately in the servers.

I wasn't saying they should put them in, I was saying that people act weird when there are female avatars in shooters.
