I think the entrenching tool will do the same job.Expendable Grunt wrote:Please don't take away knives from the conventional forces' soldiers.

Brits in Basra? That's gonna be a pain. I still haven't figured out how to drive the land rover (do I twist the MG left and right to turn? And where did the gas pedal go?).
Yay for having only 4 classes (I know there's more, but if anything's limited, I count it as nonexistant
). Hopefully it'll be easier to get ammo now. I would certainly hope there'll be no shortage of medics - otherwise, it'll be pain with medics not being able to heal themselves.
I'm glad Basra is getting more non-spawn cars. This will give insurgents more mobility, and hopefully decrease the amount of spawn cars that end up with large Abrams track prints on their hoods.
Also, I can't wait to throw atones at people. Would be funny to get 32 people to go civilian, and have them start a riot, throwing rocks at troops on patrol.

I do hope War Vets get armour back...
So the former "Special forces kit" (he was an MEC guy, right?) is now an insurgent squadleader? I'm not sure if I'm keen on them getting UGLs...
And is the RPG a pickup or is it requested like the "Squad Leader" for Insurgent?

mmm, idont like a few change of the insurgents , like shotguns for ambushers of ammo bag for insurgents (they are maded for fast atacks , i dont think that one guy can carry that amount of ammo). however , the new Proximity Detonated IED sound great , same for the Entrenching Tool (reminsdme DoD or FH :mrgreen

"Medics can't heal themselves"?! Ahhh ok sure and I guess they can't tie their own shoes without help either? Real realistic...
Also where is the RPG equipped insurgent kit or the body armor on the veteran? I can see everybody just using the ambusher now since it's the only one with any useful stuff.
What is the difference between "requested" and "limited" kits? Can we still spawn as a light AT and grenadier but only a limited amount?
As for the civilians, well I don't know what's the point? The other team can't shoot them and they have no weapons except "rock" who's gonna choose that class?

But he would still use the same super bandages, not some cheap band-aids like the others soldiers...'[R-DEV wrote:Ghostrider']Im sure that a soldier with a couple of bullet holes can work on himself the same way he would work on a wounded mate if he was completely ok

Can you please tell us about the difference between Limited kit and requestable kit and how it works. And what makes the war veteran better then insurget? A mere field dressing isent enough for me to choose it.. Does the veteran maybe a better aim? And one last thing! Give the Insurget specops a Ak-47 instead of a AK-101. Makes more sence and more realistic with the 47...
And shotgun? Dont think thats realistic at all. Maybe give him a pistol with plenty of ammo or maybe a ak74 with just 2 mags?
