So today I decided to go play on a normal BF2 server, on a normal BF2 game, no PR. I went to a 24/7 WakeIsland server, and was on the chinese faction. The match just started, and I was standing in the center of one of the inland chinese bases, when I died instantly, looking at what killed me, i found out that it was the Essex Aircraft carrier, I guess some guy was on one of the AA guns, and pointed that thing around until it was at the base, and it shoots perfectly like a sniper rifle, with like 2000 rounds per second since its a chain gun. This made me realize, wow, i love reality mod, no idiots there.

did you get his name? I wanna go check his AA stats hehe should be amazing lol
there's also the chance that he just got lucky.

A friend of mine who doesn't play much MP games likes good old BF2 when ever he stops by. I always try to explain the virtues of PR but he just likes to jump in and shoot people rather then learn how to play PR. Anyway he was over recently and I tried out BF2 again

Holly christmas tree batman!!! I played Karkland and there were people swarming all over the place, there was more clutter, name tags, UAV's etc all at once that I couldn't believe it. Besides the obvious frag fest playing style that is annoying it was the shear volume of information on screen that really pissed me off.

It was a nice reminder of why PR is such a quality mod.

PR have slowed the game down and made it a quality product. the PR version of course
