Would it be possible for the devs to limit the specialty kits per squad instead of the whole team? Often, there are squads who need a support gunner, or a marksmen, but can't fill the roles because there were only 2 or 3 of that kit per team.
Why is this?
Instead, the limiting of kits should be per squad. If you're a member of Alpha squad and another member has a support gunner, then you can't request it. This would secure infantry squads (say 4 members and up) to always be able to have the kit they need.
Good idea? Bad idea?

Good call Dyer 3-5 that would stop the current grab and go snipers etc. I know this has been posted before. One of the issues was having to many of one weapon type on the field at once. Say there are 5 full squads that would be 5 snipers 5 marksman 5 SAWs 5 heavy AT...... I think the devs don't want that to happen.
