I would imagine there shouldnt be much of change in balance in the forces, the only thing I imagine that will impact balance is the fact that the "allied" team will no longer have any air power, though I think this will favor the brits since it means more boots on the ground rather than at the airport waiting for the aircraft to spawn.

I think this is what the devs are aiming for.JKRMAUI wrote:Honesty, I think the Brits would have a decent ADVANTAGE in Basrah. They have optic sights on their weapons. In open conflict they would have *at least in my experience* a very good chance to whoops the Insurgents @$$es. How ever in Close combat the fields would be more evened out. The L85 is and effective CQB weapons giving its fulling automatic firing. And the better sights will still give the Brits and leg up on those Rusty ghetto AKs.

Does this mean the only Infidels the Insurgents get to fight will be British? Or will there be other US vs. Insurgent maps in development (can't think of other US vs Insurgent maps off the top of my head)?
(btw - daschewy - finally recognised where your avvy came from. Boondock Saints = excellent movie)
