I'd like to try jihad, but never got around to it. Also, I find it hard to tell the difference between jihad cars and spawn cars. Can someone post something showing the difference?

Yes, jihad cars have C4 in the back..plus, they don't show as spawn points...
I always compare the Spawn Map and The Map and see, which blue car dots dont turn to white spawn markers.

use the horn (left mouse click)

if its a regular horn, its a spawn car
if its music, its a bombcar

and as outalwz said bombcars have a bomb(c4) in the backseat
