1)our guys sprint 100 meters(110 yard) in 15 seconds.I think that is a bit fast considering equipment carried with both hands full.
2)Our fast running grunt can make 90 degree turns while running 25 kmph without losing speed. You can not turn that sharp or you fall.
3)He can also accelarete to 25 kmph in 0.1 second and stop in 0.1 second.
So:
1)Slow the sprint speed,
2)Disable ability to change direction when sprinting=moving mouse will have no effect, or better ,u can only turn your head not your whole body to look around with mouse. In order to change direction you have to release shift or "w" to then continue sprinting.
3)Some delays might be good.
Suggestions about sprinting(to slow gameplay)

IMO...
Slow the sprint speed for everyone - this would make people think about running across alleys, and between trees etc. Should improve realism, or rather it should decrease people running about without thought.
Whilst lowering the sprint speed I think you should be able to 'sprint' for a much longer time. This is useful for getting to the action as, although slower, you're 'sprint' won't run out leaving you to 'walk' the rest of the way.
To prevent people always running everywhere - make the 'recharge' time slow. After a long sprint/run to the battle area you must rest before running again, or be happy to move at a normal speed.

This is interesting, I kinda of like the idea but dont know. I mean the sprint is good to have...it just needs some tweaking. Like once you sprint it all out, then it takes a long time to get it back. The MAIN thing I think is neccessary would be removing the l33t speed at which you can side step and shoot. Common sense would tell you that this RARELY happens IRL, hell even in movies you dont see a guy running sideways fulltilt and firing Full-auto. I know its "for looking around corners" but honestly, I'd sac that in a sec to see more realistic CQB and gameplay. The game would be vastly different, I think it might even nerf some of the proners.
