That would be flippin sweet man. To bad it is practically impossible with this engine. And even if it is possible, why not just have a teammate do it?
Well you might argue that nobody does this. Well, for the most part.. nobody does lol. I do it when I get the chance. But usually theres noobs flying in the LB flipping it while taking off.. thats a little stupid how they are.. but idk.

Or atleast maby instead of vehicles spawning at original bases they all spawn at the main base with all the regular spawnpoints at the main base and one must move the vehicles out to the front lines of the map, thats more realistic
Also, perhaps the helis can only take off when they're full so they are more effective as troop transports taking troops to the frontlines

Hey, why not just make Blackhawks spawn points like the APCs (err, Bf2142, Titan mode)? Make 'em a bit more useful then they are now.
Though I've got an question thats a bit off topic, if the reinforcement spawn aka spawn wave is implemented, then what happens with death penalties? Will the whole team suffer because of some idiot having 40 deaths?

The good part with the BF 2142 drop pods was that they were really loud and not at all stealthy, which countered the beacons ability to be hidden very well.[R-MOD]Mongolian_dude wrote:Its likely hard coded, but 2142(same engine) has the drop pod spawn idea.
If this could be changed to a parachute(that you cant steer), spawning on the SL could be a littlemore realistic and hazardus.
I think the parachute idea is possible, couldn't the actual spawn area be placed like 200 meters above the rally point? Like the brits first spawn on the 64 player version of Airport... The bad side with this is that parachutes will be reintroduced, and since this is Project Reality, it would mean that all the conventional troops on the battlefield are paras and therefore, they use the appropriate equipment, which is bad. The second bad side is that since the chutes can be steered, you can glide on top of otherwise unreachable rooftops.

I am still waiting for the short one....El_Vikingo wrote:You missed the bus, please wait another 30 seconds for reinforcements.
There are maps in normal BF2 Special Forces, where people are dropped in via parachute. Same thing was done in BF1942, but there was no visible vehicle for it.
Also known as: Droggle
