the mods are slow today, but they sure are fast to lock threads for no reasons, witrhout informing the 'lockee'.

Cowardly, one might say.

This faction should not be included--why should they? I think it is a disservice to even let them serve in Iraq, seeing as how they do easier work than real soldiers and get paid tons more dough.
I'm pretty sure many soliders resent their presence.

First of all TR is member of NATO,so we have similiair equipment to US(f-16,cobras,leopards,blakchawks etc.)
TR concluded lots of strategic(military-economic) agreements with Israel,US and EU.For example israel pilots train in our country(they fly here we dont train them)
TR is a secular state
We dont talk arabic,
We dont like satelite arab states,they dont like us.

Edit:we are part of the coalition force in Afghanistan(1150 troops),we will be in command in Kabil Region till 12.07.2007.

I hope he does but your numbers are wrong,total casualties suffered by both sides(MIA,WIA and KIA) around 250000.Since invasion failed it was decisive victory for Ottomans

Kruder, calm down. I directed that comment towards you and the other posters who started making this post about non PR related issues/opinions. I fully appreciate that you have great pride in your country and its history. Im not passing judgement on the topic Turkey, just suggesting the PM route as a means to settle it.

Kruder you shouldn't call others immature if you can't handle being mature yourself. You seem more than smart enough to understand the concept of two wrongs don't make a right. Just because a guy decides to be an *** doesn't give you the green light to do the same; be better than him and handle it via pm.

As far as Turkey and the MEC goes, who ever said the MEC was a jihadist force? There could be any number of scenario's that cause Turkey to join the other Middle Eastern nations in a fight against the west. Perhaps, with growing terrorist attacks, animosity against Muslims as a whole becomes huge. Growing tensions convince Islamic nations to make a military union to protect each other as the West becomes more aggressive. Since there is no back story to the game or the MEC you can take it as you will.

Seriously, though why hasn't this thread been locked yet?

If you'd care to look inside the locked thread to see what was last posted, you might find a little supprise, such as "this thread was closed due to re-suggestion. Please use the search function with the key words involved in your thread to see if it has been before.
