Problem with special kits

Hi,
Sorry guys to bother you with this. You probobly had so many questions about it already. I don't know here special kit appears when you request it. I read about special kits on this page and i know when and how to request them. Press T, request kit, Kit is granted. But where are they? What is the point where they appear? Is it near to flag or commander or what? Thanks for help in advance.

On the ground infront of you.
If you can't see it by your feet, just press "G". That's the default key to pick up kits from the ground.

You need to stand close to the mainflag, vehicle, rallypoint, supplycrate, etc.
when you request a kit.
