But for voting, rarely do I see any more than 12 out of 30 people vote for someone to get what's coming to them, even after an extensive, repeated, "Person A is going myg0t Action B" statements, no one ever votes yes.
(Sorry for hijack) Think you could make voting a bit more direct? Pop up a menu for explaining why this person should be kicked and maybe even pause the game so you have to vote.
