hm, the tracers are just random and can not be timed

Yeah, I always reload all weapons when I pick them off someone. Today when I was playing on EJOD, I killed this MEC medic and picked up his kit to heal. When I pulled out the gun and took a potshot at someone far away and started to autoreload. I then realized the guy only had only had 1 bullet left in his clip. Lucky I didnt get into any close quarter battles w/o reloading.
