It was in CGW(Computer Gaming World) a few months back.

They said they can be used to revive recently downed friendlies, and to damage enemies.

Actually most likely NO. See if you are support in DC sometimes you will notice a vechical is actually at -10 or -20 and you are able to repair it back to life. But at like -50 or something like that the vechical is instant BOOM. And if the vechical is 0 or less its constantly bleeding. I feel there will be the same concept for infantry. If you get say -75 there's no bringing you back. If you are knocked to 0 you have say 60seconds to be revived or you can just spawn normally (like joint operations). Atleast this is how i want it to be.
