excessive teamkilling, grounds for ban?

I was in the game with these tards as well, by the end of the game i had somewhere around 20-25 deaths with at least 15 of them coming from tk's. These guys were doing nothing but running around and killing every teammate they would come across. Squad Leaders had to eventually start locking there squads because they would join the squad and spawn on the squad leaders and instantly TK them. Each of them probably had close to 100 TK's by the time the map ended, it was so bad that the TK message never faded off the screen before another one popped up. And as soon as the Al-Basrah game ended and the next map started, they all joined the same squad and started tk'ing as soon as the game started at which point i was fed up and left the server.

Not sure if there is any thing that can be done aside from talking to that specific servers admins but if there is some sort of "Master Ban List" for Project Reality these idiots definitely deserve a spot on it.
