No more BF2 patches planned
http://www.digitalbattle.com/2007/05/21/no-more-battlefield-2-patches-planned/
So if vBF2 is all but dead, to stimulate sales via mods much like DC did for BF42, do you think EA/Dice might be motivated to release a more compleat developers kit or code?
....oh and WTF's this RedJade ****? http://www.redjade.com/

Son of a *****!!!!11!!1
I'm sorry, please excuse my foul language.
I've seen something about the final patch on the EA Bf2 forums, some guy started a thread about getting another patch out by asking as many players as possible to post "I agree". Good try was all I could think of...

Should see what Ubisoft did with the R6 series, total anihilation. Anyway, EA wont be having any more money off of me in the future, if they bring out any other Counter Strike wannabes then theyll be receiving a fedex from me containing my curry from last night.
Ill go round and stamp on all their toys, the smug buggers.

Honestly EA should have simply released the first few patches to fix the initial teething pains then followed up by releasing source code to the community. They would have less work for themselves, make the community happy by allwoing them to go in whatever direction they want and in the end perhaps prolong some sales because people can play a mod of their liking.
Everyone wins and profits.
