irl all of the squaddies where the same protection..... the only thing the support gunner need is more ammo (haven't played the newest beta so I dont know if thats fixed for 0.6)

Sorry I feel like Im stalking you and shooting down all of you suggestions, think you need to think them through a bit more before posting, no offense just a tip.

Anthony Lloyd, himself a former soldier in the British army and a Northern Ireland and Gulf War veteran:
"The men inside (the APC) might have been UN but they were playing by a completely different set of rules. They were Swedes; in terms of individual intelligence, integrity and single-mindedness I was to find them among the most impressive soldiers I had ever encountered. In Vares their moment had come."

You are wrong. Like i said in you OTHER body armor thread body armor doesnt make you a super soldier that take bullet after another in the chest because he has body armor. 5 bullets to take down someone? I think there is a game like that already...im pretty sure you have even played it. Stop the obsession with body armor and move on.

Automatic riflemen/machinegunners have a short sprint distance in game because they are carrying a heavier primary weapon and ammunition. Every man in a squad/platoon wears the same helmet and vest.

This has also been suggested before. Please use search.
