custum guns please help

hey is it possable to have custum guns in this mod and have it still work? if so would soem what please help a brotha out and make me a replacement for the M4 that has the frunt pistelgrip and the carriering handle with the scop ontop of the carriering handle please heres a pic of what i mean.

sorry the pics are pics of each section but im sure u get my point?

There isn't much point of having the scope on top of the carry handle as the model used ingame is the M4A1 SOPMOD, which has a removable carry handle with a RAS rail (that grooved plate thing they attach things to such as the vertical grip).

The vertical grip on the front may be an idea though. Maybe if they added this they could make it so the weapon is faster to aim which is the real reason for that grip in real life, so it makes it quicker and easier to aim in close quarters.

I don't think it's a priority thing, but it may be good for the long run. It's "cool" but also realistic at the same time, even if it's mainly just eye candy.

Realistic? I dunno... aren't SOPMODs used by special forces units? A standard Marine/Army infantry unit won't be equipped with these things right?

Weapons will not be completely customizable from a menu, but sights, any other functional items and appearance may vary by class selection and map.

RAS equipped M16s and M4/M4A1s are not just for special operations forces, anymore. For example, the M16A4, the new standard for Marine infantrymen (but not all units are equipped yet, and support troops will probably have M16A2s for a long time to come) comes standard with an RAS and removable carrying handle/iron sight assembly. Common optics include the M68 Close-Combat Optic (as seen on the M4A1 in BF2) or ACOG 4x telescopic sight, but other optics may be issued or purchased by individuals.

no the carriering handle will be removable i find it just looks alot better having the scope on the handle.
