[Help!] British jungle retexturing, need references pics.

Post by mesniaman »

I'm retexturing the british jungle camo for shooting a really hi-res video.I used the DPM 95 pattern for jackets and it fits good, now I start working on pants but I will need some reference pics about jungle operations to decide how to improve character behaviour in relation to enviroment.
I really like mixed camo but right now probably I will retextured pants in DPM too.
Can someone help me?

Nice camo, I need some better DPM...

I've been doing them too, but I get an error when I try to save the gb_heavy_body_c_woodland.dds, the error is wierd it says something like

"Image width and height must be multiple of four" its annoying and I don't know how to fix...

I like the combined camo, most of the pictures I found were in this way, so this is how it looks like now.

HAving combined camos on a jungle map is IMO something different to having diffrent camos on open, flat desert map. Because in the jungle you have the opportunity to hide yourself very good and you must not ruin that opportunity by wearing desert camo. On a desert map it's open, it's flat... almost no place to hide so it doesn't matter that much if you have all-desert camo or combined.

Edit: looks good btw ;D

Please, Please dont combine camo it makes the brits look cheap and old.
Also how do you edit/make your own skins.
Would it be possible for you Spush to edit the brits armour to look like osprey armour?
