Al Basrah .6 needs more RPGs!

Al Basrah .6 needs more RPGs!

There needs to be more RPGs for the INsurgents on Al Basrah in V6. Otherwise the Warriors and any Challengers will be rendered unstoppable. Because i find it hard to destroy a Warrior with IEDs or jihad cars in the .6 Beta. So i suggest more spawnabe RPGs for Ins. or. if possible, make RPGs a limited kit so Basrah isnt flooded with RPGs.

Anyone else agree?

What Challengers? And no, I don't think so. Since the warriors actually have to attack, ambush tactics will work - there already is quite a few rpg's but people using IED's have actually gone down.

Yes out in the open warriors will decimate you. But in urban areas they are highly restricted. Ambusher is the key.

Which is a major problem that needs to be addressed. Get rid of the infuriatingly useless shotgun and replace it with another weapon or an AK, give insurgents their grapples back, and more people will use IEDs.

Infact at the mo there are probaly too many RPGs on the map, espicaly in Insurgancy mode, AAS 64 its about right.

RPGs are very accure in the right hands now, combing that with a ammo guy, the bridges that can be rigged, mines, jihad cars etc the warriors have to be very careful to stay alive.

Or they could just FIX THE SHOTGUNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah I pretty much hate the shotgun as will, and with the new statics you rarely get to see anyone climbing into a balcony of a building or on a roof top. I don't want to be picky so my suggestion would be to either give the ambusher an additional grappling hook so he can find high cover with appropriate visual to set off his IED, or give him a better weapon so he can defend himself when his too close to his target. BUT I guess that’s the whole propose of the civilian class as will. This way the civilians are not useless and insurgents would have to rely on them.
I don't know I'm puzzled. :-?

Sorry if that was a bit loud. It's just that nobody has posted anything in my shotguns thread. I have been asking every chance I get about whether they're going to be fixed or not, but I am not getting any replies. Could you tell me yes or no please? I thought that they were going to be improved in .6, but they still are nowhere near as useful as they should be.

Yeah don't add anymore. It hard enough for a warrior crew to stay alive as it is. With the armor being as good as it is all the anti armor weapons in the game make it so much less affective.

Geez, people came from the 24/7 0.5 Basrah server, where they had 32 USMC versus 31 RPGs and an ammo guy and now they want RPG hell back...

Its worse enough with land mines, since no one ever goes Combat Engy to clear them out or no one even tells about them...RPGs are accurate and powerful enough in the right hands, only thing is we dont have half of the insurgent team shoot-2-rpgs-suicide-and-respawn-with-new-ammo players like in 0.5...

And did you ever thought, that even if you are an insurgent, you could use teamwork?

id rather have the civy kits fixed, when u say DONT KNIFE ME! I WANT TO HELP U the brits knife u anyway...

but i do still agree, bas. is not how it used to be at all.... and it was fun as fuck how it used to be

I could sit on the same spot as an Insurgent for 2 hours not getting killed, untill I was finally discovered and carpet bombed...
No more sitting around in 0.6, though, altough I like that Village is cappable, makes me really pissed off as GB, as we are capping the PLaza and you hear "we've lost control of Village"..FFS! :p

theres tones of rpgs now in the insurgency mode, theres a number dotted around in static locations, and the ones to be found on ammo dumps,

the ratio is fine I think the tactics using them need to change,

QFT..as I said, shoot-two-RPGs-die-respawn-with-new-ammo&repeat tactic wont work in 0.6

I just find it weird that I can drive around with an apc for over 10 minutes, and not see one RPG fly my way...so I wouldn't mind a couple more, but not too many.
