Australian Servers! and is the WORD getting out about PR?

Im in Perth Western Australia and there is only one server I can find to play on. The way I heard about PR, while playing vanilla BB2 we where in the dingy going wide to avoid enermy on wake island, the trip takes some time as Im sure you all aware. Then the Mic crackles and this very young voice I’d say around 10 says to me, Intruder_dog ( my online nick for now ) have you heard about Project Reality. I said no what’s that, he proceeded to tell me more and I could not believe what I was hearing I got off straight away and never returned to the old BF2.
So my only grief is, that cause Iam in Australia its faster for me to play on Australian servers, and I can only find one.Most I have seen in there is 37. I wanted to know is the word getting out to the other vanilla BF2 players for them to come over, and is brand new never played before BF2 players to suddenly find out about PR and rush out and buy it etc.
How do we get more servers up and running where we can get more players . Love to see the game played at is full capacity with a commander that has a full house to command.
I feel Iam missing out on all the action I’m sure allot of other Australians feel the same. Remember we are in Iraq and Afghanistan with you guys hehehehehe

It's more of a personal preference for server owners. Server owners would rather have a server in Europe or America just because that is where the bulk of gamers are and they all want hyper popular servers.

And the word getting out.. Eh I wish it would have stayed a secret! So many people now compared to .3 and my favorite build, .2

You are only seeing one server at the moment as the second server is running beta testing.

Once the full version comes out both servers will be updated and available to the community.

If you are only seeing 37 players on the server then you must come in late (due to Perth time) as the main server often fills up. There have been other servers provided by other ISP's over the last year but due to poor numbers they have been removed after a month or so.

Bigd Gaming started the PR server just under 12 months ago and has grown from 6-10 dedicated players to a large community. We have since swapped hosts and they have provided us with an extra server to play on.

i must be 1 of the lucky ones who get to play PR overseas, like TG,DVB in the U.S...and recently European .6 OB servers..
the way i see it, is that BF2 is for the little kids, and PR is for the big boys.

but your what 15/16/17 years old..?

lol kidding, but I can play EUR servers with around 120 ping and seeing as bf2 doesn't really compare ping to lag I can run with about a 250 ping and still play lag free.
