Al Basarah, Al Basarah, Al Basarah
Alright Devs, Al Basarah is a very good map and you guys did a great job on it.
In fact, maybe you guys did to good of a job. It seems that Al Basarah is the ONLY map people talk about.
IDK whether they just think it needs more work, or they dont know any other map on PR.
My suggestion is for you guys to have other nifty maps like Al Basarah. Thats not to say that you dont already have other nifty maps that people play. I just dont understand why people dont play them to often. Could you make people play those maps more often?

I love Kashan more then Al Basrah....but those too are basically my two favorites (Ironically they are the two I get the LEAST lag on lol)Cheeseman wrote:Yeah, I now love Kashan Desert as much as Al Basrah.![]()

I personally don't like Al Basrah (0.5 version) because it's a n00bs wet-dream with all the pretty planes and heli-mo-copters to fly around in and be a smacktard over in trying to be the pilot with the sexy helmet.
0.6 Al Basrah is awesome though.

I like the Kashan, love the 0.6 Basrah (hate 0.5, can't believe, how much RPG whores are on it, not to mention noob tubes flying everywhere), but I hate Assault on Mestia.
I don't know, but that map has been a pain in the *** for me, I havent even played it as GB, only Militia side and its a bloodbath rampage. Dunno, if someone was cheating the last time, but we needed two squads to hunt down a lone-wolf-instaproning-run-like-hell Spec Ops...

I like the maps that require allot of infantry work. Where there is allot of fire fights. Basrah has this, I don't think there has been more then 10 times I drove armour on Basrah, never flown yet, I really enjoy the intense fire fights. So any map that is more focused on infantry I like. Mestia is another great map and Helmand. I like the new larger maps but if I can't get a tank the map becomes boring for me. With time I may learn to love them but I defualt to the heavy infantry maps.

I love balanced firefight , when both sides get weapons with scopes , good accuracy etc . I dislike playing non-conventional forces because you need to be coward and camp a lot ... and I find camping too slow and boringLong Bow wrote:I like the maps that require allot of infantry work. I enjoy any UK\US vs China map more then Al BAsrah ... and now , after tweaking MEC , it would be fair to play US\UK vs MEC ( before 0.6 MEC hadnt any chance against UK with their SUSAT's , imo )
