Anyone remember the BF Vietnam ingame playlist?
Loved playing Ride of the Valkyres while in a Huey...
I generally don't listen to music while playing online but while practicing with a chopper on a local server, the helicopter's blades sound is just too monotonous.
This signature is here due to lack of imagination.

I dont listen to music while gaming, ruins the experience and makes communication with squadmates harder....

Anthony Lloyd, himself a former soldier in the British army and a Northern Ireland and Gulf War veteran:
"The men inside (the APC) might have been UN but they were playing by a completely different set of rules. They were Swedes; in terms of individual intelligence, integrity and single-mindedness I was to find them among the most impressive soldiers I had ever encountered. In Vares their moment had come."

As my VOIP is broken ATM (even though my mic works on teamspeak) i have music running as i think it adds to the atmosphere and helps me concentrate depending on what song is playing.

I wrote this song, well, mixed it on Garageband, a few years back, and it is one song that HAS to be on my PR playing list... its so cheesy and dramatic Piano only. DL if interested... i just got filefront, so I want to use it... haha...

BF Vietnam playlist FTW!

If im playing serious i tend not to listen to music so i can hear voip, but sometimes iill have the Bf Vietnam soundtrack on or some Rage against the Machine. Gives the game alot of atmosphere.

Who else likes the Bi Ming loading music? I love that remix lol.

Nope. no music.

While I see the "cinematic" appeal, I am always concerned that I will choose something wholly inappropriate, like the theme tune to the magic roundabout in the middle of a huge firefight.

I just want to enjoy the silence, when I play...I believe, that playing music would be a good idea, but my PC cant handle it with newer games like BF2/PR...

Wel i orgnially tryed classical music, then i moved to jazz and well, today i had a great round while listening to Guns N Roses. So for me, any music really works.

I also tryed hanz Zimmer, the chap who did the blckhwak down music, hunger and ashes to ashes really add some serious atmosphere to AlBasara! Can create super spectacular experience if the action is also on par! :p
