Maybe the solution is as simple as: You'r to hard on yourself.

You can name your top 10 SL, (and if they have ever played on a european server and if I've been in their squad) I'm pretty sure I can list at least one major blooper done by them as well.

What makes them great is that the "laugh it off" and try again.

Just get comfortable with how you lead. Are you the guy that obsesses on little details? Or the guy giving his/her troops freedom to take action by themselves? The main act in a comedy show? Figure that one out, and you are half way there.
