Ragdoll is the term applied to how a body reacts within a game world, in reagards to motion, much like how you throw a real ragdoll around (thus the term thrown around like a ragdoll).
Oblivion has some very good examples of ragdoll physics. you can move chains, make logs roll down hills, move a dead corpse's body parts and organize stuff.
but yeah, ragdolls where all nice and fun for vBF2 but for a realism mod it sucks.
there are no such things as real "ragdolls" like there is in HL2 etc, in BF2/PR.
ragdolls means that they are dead bodys, that when you shoot them, there physics kick in etc like you can shoot a leg of a corps and the leg will move.
more info on ragdolls. BF2 dose have a little bit of it, when you get killed etc but nothing like the exstent of GL2 where you can place dead bodys on a map, having them hang from a rope etc and when you shoot them they swing
